CONTEST DETAILS & HOW TO QUALIFY

• Find a participating poker league location near you.  All tournaments are 100% free to play, but the purchase of food & drinks is highly encouraged!  
• Score points by placing in the top 30% of weekly tournaments. All players receive 20 points just for showing up.   
• Accumulate points to climb the bar's leaderboard during TWO - 8 week sessions (some locations may vary the length of the sessions) running January through April, 2009.  
• Top players from each bar at the end of each session qualify for the playoffs. 
• Qualify in both sessions to receive 2x Chips Bonus in playoff!   
• Nebraska State Championship tentatively scheduled for May 2nd or 3rd.

ONLINE QUALIFIERS

• As a bonus, win any regular league night at a participating establishment to earn a Gamecard for entry to an online sit-n-go qualifier on Free Poker Network's own online poker site "FPNOnline".  To participate, simply download the FPNOnline software, register a new account (one account per player), and enter the gamecard code in the cashier screen for a "Bronze Token".  Use the bronze token to enter a the qualifier sit-n-go.

PRIZE DETAILS

• WSOP entries are for a $1,500 buy-in event during the 2009 World Series of Poker at the Rio in Las Vegas around the end of June or early July. The specific event will be announced when the official schedule is released, probably in late January.
• 28 out of the 50 total qualifiers will earn $500 worth of travel accommodations by winning their state final. The distribution of the number of qualifiers per region will be determined on total participation.
• An additional $1,500 worth of cash & prizes will be awarded at the Kingpin Suite during the national championship.
• Individual bar champions (accumulation of session 1 and session 2 points) will receive a "League Champion" medallion.
